Dispatch
Every order is packed by hand in the Ludlow Street studio and leaves within two business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment the label is scanned. We do not ship on Sundays or US public holidays.

Duties and taxes
International orders ship duty unpaid. Any import duty or VAT is charged by your local carrier on delivery and is not included in the price you paid us. We declare the full value of every parcel.
Returns
You have thirty days from delivery. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached — try things on the way you would in a shop, not on a Friday night.
- Email the studio with your order number and which pieces are coming back.
- We reply within one business day with a prepaid label (US) or a returns form (international).
- Pack the pieces in the original mailer if you still have it, or any sturdy alternative.
- Refunds land on the original payment method within five business days of the parcel arriving.
US return labels cost $6, deducted from the refund. Exchanges for a different size are free both ways, because a piece that does not fit is our problem to solve.
What we cannot take back
- Pieces that have been worn, washed, altered or scented
- Sale items marked final, and gift cards
- Made-to-order or personalised garments, unless faulty
Faulty pieces
If something arrives with a fault, send us a photograph and your order number within fourteen days. We will replace it or refund it in full, including postage, without asking you to send it back first in most cases.
Repairs
Within two years of purchase we will patch a hole, re-stitch a seam or replace a drawcord at cost. You pay the postage to the studio and nothing else. It keeps the garment out of a landfill and it is the reason we use heavy fabric in the first place — read more in Slower streetwear.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not moved for seven business days domestically, or fifteen internationally, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement where stock allows.
