Orders leave the studio within two business days. We hold stock of every piece in the current run, so nothing is made to order unless a size has sold out and you have asked us to add you to a restock list.

Yes, if you write to us before the parcel leaves — usually a window of about 48 hours. Email the studio with your order number and what you need changed and we will confirm in writing.

Sometimes. Core pieces like the Gothic Arch tee are re-cut when a size runs out. Limited pieces such as the Borough Coach Jacket are made once and then retired.

Our tees are cut boxy with a drop shoulder, so they read one size larger than a standard retail tee. The fleece is relaxed but not oversized. Every product page lists the garment measurements flat, and the size guide has a calculator that turns your chest measurement into a recommendation.

Size down for a boxy tee if you want a clean shoulder line; size up if you want the sleeve to sit lower on the arm. For fleece, take the larger size — heavyweight fabric shortens the effective body length once it drapes.

Everything is pre-shrunk, and residual shrinkage is under 3% if you wash cold and dry flat. Hot washes and high heat drying will take more, mostly out of the body length.

Worldwide. US delivery is 2–4 business days and free over $150. International delivery is 5–12 business days with tracked, duty-unpaid shipping.

Thirty days from delivery on unworn pieces with tags attached. Start a return by emailing the studio with your order number; we send a label for US returns and a returns form for international.

Yes. Within two years of purchase we will patch, re-stitch or replace a drawcord at cost — you pay the postage and nothing else. It is cheaper for you and better than a landfill.

Cold, inside out, no fabric softener, and air dry where you can. Heat is what cracks a print — not washing. There is a full breakdown in our journal entry on heavyweight cotton.

Mostly water-based and discharge inks, which sit in the fabric rather than on top of it, plus plastisol where a design needs an opaque block of colour. The print techniques guide explains the trade-offs.

The cuts are unisex, drafted on a straight block. The size guide lists garment measurements flat so you can compare against a piece you already own.
